Important to know

Allia – mobile deposit with IOS: Some members are currently having issues with mobile deposits in Allia. This affects IOS mobile app (iPhone and iPad) users. If an error message appears after taking a picture of the cheque, press the “X” to close the error message, and then “Continue”. The deposit will be made. We are working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE FILING YOUR TAXES

  • Exceptionally this year, you will receive all your 2023 tax slips (e.g.: T5, T4RSP, T4RIF) in two separate mailings: 1 – Tax slips covering January 1 to October 19, 2023; 2 – Tax slips covering October 20 to December 31, 2023. On March 15, you should have received all the necessary documents to file your taxes.
  • On your statement, do you see an “Int. Paid YTD” amount in the Loans section? Is so, this notice applies to you. A technical issue occurred with the calculation of the cumulative interest for the year on your statement. The amount currently shown in the “Int. paid YTD” (interest paid – year to date) on uninsured loans represents the cumulative amount as of the date of our computer system conversion, on October 19, 2023. Unfortunately, the interest paid for the period from October 20 to December 31, 2023, is not cumulated in this field. For the total amount of interest paid in 2023, you must add the interest paid between October 20 and December 31 to the amount indicated in the “Int. Paid YTD” field. You may also request this information at of our branches. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued cooperation!

 

SIGNING INTO MY CANADA REVENUE AGENCY (CRA) ACCOUNT

Caisse Alliance is now a Sign-In Partner for the Interac® sign-in service. You can simply access your CRA account by selecting Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner and by using your personal Allia login credentials.

Note: Business members must login using their personal credentials.

 

For security purposes, CRA requires that different procedures be followed depending on each case.

If you do not yet have access to our online banking platform (Allia), please contact one of our branches.

If you already have your credentials to login to Allia and you attempt to access your CRA account using Caisse Alliance as a Sign-In Partner, you may be asked to call CRA (1-800-959-8281) during the process. This is a security procedure so that CRA can authenticate you before granting you access.

BUSINESSES

  • WSIB: You can make your WSIB payments in branch or directly in Allia by selecting the Transfers & Payments menu. Note: When entering the “Payee name”, you will have two choices: “Workplace Safety & Ins Board of ON Sch 1” (select this option if you are an employer protected by a system of collective liability) and “Workplace Safety & Ins Board of ON Sch 2” (select this option if you are not an employer protected by a system of collective liability and if you must individually pay the total costs of WSIB benefits for your injured workers).   • QuickBooks: Your QuickBooks accounting software is fully compatible with Allia. We are here to listen to your needs and working to fulfill your requests! Need assistance? Your Account Manager is here to help.
  • Employer Health Tax payments (EHT): For Employer Health Tax payments, this function is not available in Allia. Click here to make your payments online.
  • To file or remit payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you must access the site from a computer. It is not possible to process these transactions on a mobile device. The following demonstration may be useful: Make Tax Payments

  • Debit Mastercard: Members appreciate the financial flexibility that our new debit Mastercard offers. Click here for details on how to change your PIN. Remember that the contactless payment feature is activated after the first use!
  • Allia for your online banking: You can login from our website’s home page by clicking “Login” or with our mobile application (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). To learn how to sign in for the first time, click here.
  • Get in-person support! Support stations are available to our members at our branches to  provide you with assistance with Allia and your new debit card. We also offer personalized support to our business members.

Logging in to Allia

Login to your accounts
It is possible to sign in to Allia, by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen on Caisse Alliance’s website. You will need to enter the number on your new debit card. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN. You will be able to create your profile and personal password.
How to sign in?
To sign in using Allia, simply use your new Caisse Alliance debit card number that you received by mail in early October. NOTE: If you do not wish to have a physical debit card, you can request a Personal Authentication Number (PAN). When signing in to Allia for the first time, use your PAN.
